Tx launches USTX stablecoin for its tokenized asset ecosystem

USTX stablecoin — Real-world asset platform tx has launched a new dollar stablecoin, USTX, designed to serve as the native currency for its wallet and planned marketplace for tokenized stocks.
The stablecoin is issued by fintech platform Brale, which manages its reserves and facilitates minting and redemption. According to tx, each USTX token is backed 1:1 by assets including cash, bank deposits, government money market funds, and short-term U.S. Treasury bills.
Users can mint USTX using USDC deposited from eight different blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana, and Base. The company emphasized that USTX is not merely a wrapper for USDC but has its own independent reserve structure.
Eligible users may receive rewards through tx’s wallet programs, a feature the company states was designed with legal advice to comply with the GENIUS Act, which prohibits stablecoin issuers from paying interest solely for holding a payment stablecoin.
