AnchorWatch Trust Company, a Nevada-chartered trust, has launched a new bitcoin custody service featuring a monthly fee cap and optional insurance coverage of up to $370 million per client.

The service is designed for institutional clients seeking regulated custody solutions for their bitcoin holdings. AnchorWatch’s offering includes a monthly fee structure capped at $10,000, providing cost predictability for large asset holders.

A key feature is the optional insurance, which clients can purchase to cover up to $370 million in assets per client. This level of coverage is aimed at mitigating the risk of loss from theft or other security failures, a primary concern for institutions entering the digital asset space.

The launch of another insured, regulated custody provider reflects the continued maturation of infrastructure supporting institutional bitcoin adoption, offering alternatives to existing major custodians in the market.
