Strive Buys $335 Million in Bitcoin Following $369 Million Investor Inflow

Strive Buys Bitcoin — Strive, a Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin-focused company, has acquired $335 million worth of Bitcoin after investors exercised warrants, injecting $369 million into the firm.

The company disclosed the purchase in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 19, 2026. The capital influx came from warrant holders who exercised their rights to purchase Strive’s common stock.

Strive stated that the proceeds from the warrant exercises were used to fund the Bitcoin acquisition. The company now holds a significant Bitcoin treasury on its balance sheet.

In a related move, Strive also announced its intention to raise up to $630 million through a sale of Series A-1 convertible preferred stock. The funds from this offering are earmarked for general corporate purposes, which may include further digital asset acquisitions.
