Bitcoin ETFs see $463M weekly outflow reversal while Ether funds gain $197M

US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) posted $462.7 million in net outflows last week, marking a reversal after three weeks of inflows, while spot Ether ETFs saw nearly $197 million flow in.

The outflows for Bitcoin ETFs ran across all four trading sessions from Tuesday through Friday, according to data from Farside Investors. This followed the asset class’s strongest three-week inflow run of 2026, which ended after funds shed $166.8 million in the first two days of the holiday-shortened week. The selling was most pronounced on Thursday, when net outflows of $282.7 million marked the largest single-day withdrawal since July.

ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF led the weekly withdrawals with $234.2 million in net outflows, followed by Grayscale’s Bitcoin Trust ETF with $129.1 million. BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF saw $52.5 million exit, while Fidelity’s Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund lost $50.7 million.

Conversely, US spot Ether ETFs recorded $196.9 million in net inflows over the same four-day period. While the funds had mixed flows earlier in the week, Friday saw a significant $216.4 million inflow, led by BlackRock’s iShares Ethereum Trust ETF with $148.8 million and 21Shares Core Ethereum ETF with $29.1 million.
