Grant Cardone Aims for 25,000 BTC Using Real Estate as a ‘Trojan Horse’
Grant Cardone Bitcoin — Real estate investor Grant Cardone says a commercial property “Armageddon” is creating a historic opportunity to acquire Bitcoin, outlining a strategy where his firm uses real estate as a cash-flowing vehicle to build a massive BTC position.
Cardone, founder of Cardone Capital, explained in an interview that high interest rates are pushing commercial property values below their replacement cost. He positions his private real estate investment trust as uniquely able to fill this value gap by allocating capital to Bitcoin on its balance sheet, a move he says public REITs cannot replicate.
The investor detailed his long-term goal of owning 25,000 apartments and accumulating 25,000 Bitcoin, calling real estate his “Trojan horse” for the digital asset. He argues that the hybrid strategy creates a perfect asset by combining the cash flow of real estate with the monetary properties of Bitcoin.
Cardone cited MicroStrategy executive chairman Michael Saylor’s focus on property as a key inspiration, referencing a specific $335 million real estate deal. He believes other real estate investors cannot easily copy this strategy due to structural and regulatory constraints.
