RedotPay Eyes Confidential US IPO Filing by Year-End

confidential US IPO filing — Hong Kong-based stablecoin payments firm RedotPay is reportedly weighing a confidential filing for a U.S. initial public offering before the end of 2026, according to a Bloomberg report.

Citing people familiar with the matter, Bloomberg reported on Monday that the company is also in talks with investors about a potential pre-IPO funding round that could value RedotPay between $4 billion and $5 billion. This follows earlier reports from February that the firm was exploring a New York listing that could raise over $1 billion.

The company, which claims more than 8 million users, had previously disputed an August report that it had delayed its U.S. listing plans amid regulatory hurdles and legal disputes involving Binance. At the time, RedotPay stated there had been “no deferral of our IPO” and that work on the process was continuing.

In a separate legal matter, Binance-affiliated companies sued RedotPay’s founders in August, seeking nearly $473 million in damages over allegations of using confidential information to build a competing business. RedotPay has denied those allegations and pledged to defend against the claims.
