EasyA Hits $1.1B Valuation, Targets 2027 Public Listing and Tokenized Shares

Blockchain and AI developer platform EasyA has achieved a $1.1 billion valuation and is targeting a public listing in the first half of 2027, with plans to offer tokenized shares from day one.
The company, founded by Dominic and Phil Kwok, has submitted a draft registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The independent valuation does not guarantee the final price investors will pay when its shares begin trading.
EasyA’s app reportedly has over 1.3 million users and the platform is expanding into tokenization projects and applications involving AI agents. The firm has completed two years of financial audits in preparation for its market debut.
The move highlights the growing intersection of traditional public listings and on-chain finance, as more companies explore offering tokenized equity to investors.
