Bringin Opens Euro Business Accounts for Bitcoin Firms Across Europe

Euro business accounts — Bringin has launched an invite-only beta for euro-denominated business accounts, designed for Bitcoin companies across 30 European countries to hold, accept, and pay in Bitcoin and stablecoins.

The service aims to address operational challenges European businesses face when integrating Bitcoin, such as bank account restrictions, transaction friction, and compliance paperwork. According to a press release, companies can use the platform to add Bitcoin to their treasury, accept payments via Bitcoin, the Lightning Network, or stablecoins, and pay suppliers and employee payroll in cryptocurrency.

A core feature is a dedicated virtual IBAN (vIBAN) in the company’s own name, connecting it to the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) network for euro transactions. The accounts are built on infrastructure from MiCA-authorized entity Lightspark Payments Europe AS. The platform consolidates euro accounts and Bitcoin wallets into one interface with business-grade governance and security, with private keys managed in hardware security modules.

Bringin founder and CEO Prashanth Chandrashekar stated the service allows companies to “get paid, hold value and move money globally, with accounts designed around self-custody.” The business product expands on Bringin’s consumer platform, which has processed over €15 million. The service is currently in pilot with 15 businesses, including Lightning payment tools, mining hardware sellers, and Bitcoin conferences.
