DeFi Development Fund NAV more than doubles, treasury holds 2.56 million SOL

The DeFi Development Fund (DFDV) reported that its net asset value (NAV) per share more than doubled in the third quarter as its Solana treasury grew significantly.
Preliminary Q3 estimates show the fund’s NAV per share surged over 100% from the previous quarter. The fund’s Solana holdings reached 2.56 million SOL, up substantially from its earlier treasury size.
The fund, which invests in decentralized finance projects, benefits from the appreciation of its core SOL holdings and its portfolio of other DeFi assets. The sharp increase in NAV reflects the broader recovery and growth in the Solana ecosystem during the quarter.
DFDV’s performance highlights the continued institutional and fund-level interest in Solana-based assets and the DeFi sector, even as the fund provides exposure to a diversified basket of projects within the ecosystem.
