Citigroup Raises Bitcoin Target to $113,000 on ETF Inflows

Bitcoin target — Financial giant Citigroup has raised its 12-month price target for Bitcoin to $113,000 and for Ethereum to $3,028, citing a resumption of exchange-traded fund inflows and supportive macroeconomic conditions.
The bank increased its Bitcoin forecast from $82,000 and its Ethereum target from $2,240. Analysts noted that cryptocurrency investment products are expected to attract around $5 billion over the next year as financial advisers and brokerages gradually increase their allocations to digital assets.
The revised outlook follows a market recovery in recent weeks. Bitcoin rose more than 10% after mid-September, with subsequent regulatory announcements and Treasury bond buybacks helping to ease negative sentiment and revive the broader crypto market.
Citigroup’s updated targets reflect a growing institutional focus on the potential for sustained capital inflows into spot Bitcoin ETFs, which have resumed after a period of stagnation. The bank’s analysis points to favorable conditions for further adoption and price appreciation.
