SEC authorization — OG.com, a sister exchange to Crypto.com, has received authorization from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to offer single-stock futures in the United States, according to an announcement from Crypto.com CEO Kris Marszalek.

Marszalek stated in a social media post on September 17, 2026, that the SEC had acknowledged OG.com’s Form 1-N filing, clearing a significant regulatory hurdle. The filing was submitted by the platform’s legal entity, the North American Derivatives Exchange, to register as a national securities exchange for trading futures products.

The CEO noted that the platform is working with both the SEC and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to offer single-stock perpetual futures. The goal is to combine innovations from digital asset markets with traditional U.S. capital markets.

The move follows a trend of crypto platforms expanding into equities products. In recent months, other exchanges like Kraken and Coinbase have launched or announced plans for tokenized stocks and stock perpetual futures, primarily for non-U.S. traders or through specific partnerships.
