NUVA HOME Token Opens $460B U.S. HELOC Market to Foreign Crypto Investors

NUVA HOME Token — Animoca Brands’ NUVA marketplace launched the HOME token on October 8, 2026, opening the massive U.S. home equity line of credit (HELOC) market to eligible non-U.S. investors through crypto.
The ERC-20 token provides fractional exposure to a managed vault of Figure-originated U.S. HELOCs, with entry possible from just 1 USDC. The product targets a 7% annual yield, which will be reset monthly.
HOME aims to bring access to an asset class historically difficult for offshore investors to reach, specifically the $460 billion U.S. residential mortgage credit market. The token structure includes a first-loss buffer of approximately 5% of the vault’s value.
Holders can withdraw without a lockup period, but do not own individual underlying loans. Investments remain exposed to typical credit and liquidity risks, despite safeguards including borrower-quality standards, geographic limits, and a 5% liquidity reserve.
