Two Prime CEO Sees Room for Bitcoin Rally as Volatility Shorts Unwind

Bitcoin rally — Alexander Blume, CEO of investment firm Two Prime, said Bitcoin’s current price rally may have further to run as traders unwind short volatility positions.
Blume pointed to subdued funding rates in the perpetual swaps market and continued selling of call options as indicators that the rebound is not yet being driven by excessive speculation. He suggested these conditions show a lack of the frothy, leveraged betting that typically marks a market top.
The analysis implies that the current upward move is being fueled by more measured positioning rather than a frenzy of bullish derivatives activity. According to Blume, this leaves room for continued price appreciation as market participants adjust their strategies.
The comments come as Bitcoin has shown renewed strength, with traders closely watching derivatives metrics for signs of overheating or sustainable momentum.
