Crypto Job Postings — Cryptocurrency job postings more than tripled to over 1,200 in September, signaling a strong hiring rebound, even as the number of applications for those roles declined.

According to data from recruitment platform CryptoJobsList, companies listed 1,241 positions in September, a significant increase from 886 in August and just 382 in July. The September total more than doubled the 573 openings seen in January, which was the busiest month of the first half of 2026.

Despite the surge in available jobs, applications fell from 25,700 in July to fewer than 20,000 in September. This suggests competition for specialized talent may be tightening as the number of openings grows.

The most in-demand roles were in finance, engineering, and trading. Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana were the most frequently requested blockchain skills by employers.
